Private Lessons

Private lessons are particularly recommended for rehabilitation or where there is an ongoing history of back pain or mobility problems or injury.

Ideally you should have at least one individual lesson before starting in a group class.
Jo works in conjunction with physiotherapists, osteopaths & chiropractors to ensure that an appropriate rehabilitation programme is established.

Private sessions will include postural assessment and a tailored exercises programme comprising of a combination of matwork exercises utilise small equipment and original Pilates equipment. The Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Trapeze Table.
